Estimate Accuracy and Individual Variation

EtG pharmacokinetics vary substantially between individuals. Published data shows 20-40 percent variation in EtG elimination even among people with similar body weights, drink counts, and hydration levels. The calculator reports a population-average expectation, not a guarantee. We cannot predict your specific metabolism. Use the result as a reference point, not a promise.
